Thank you for shopping with us. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

1. Shipping Destination Restrictions (No Shipping to Quebec)

Due to strict provincial regulations and legal restrictions governing the online sale and distribution of vaping products, we do not ship any products to the province of Quebec.

  • Any orders with a shipping or billing address located in Quebec will be automatically cancelled and refunded.

  • We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our Quebec customers, but we must strictly adhere to provincial compliance laws.

2. Age Verification & Adult Signature Required (19+ / 18+)

Vaping products are strictly age-restricted. By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal smoking age in your respective province or territory.

  • All packages are shipped via Canada Post (or our designated courier) with Mandatory Government-Issued Photo ID & Age Verification Required upon delivery.

  • The courier will not leave the package at your doorstep or in a mailbox. A signature from an adult meeting the legal age requirement of your province is required.

  • If you are not home or cannot provide a valid government-issued ID, the package will be held at the nearest local post office/depot for pickup.

  • Please Note: Any shipping fees incurred for packages returned to us due to a failure to provide proof of age will not be refunded.

3. Order Processing & Transit Times

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and statutory holidays).

  • Transit Time: Delivery times vary depending on your location within Canada, typically ranging from 2–7 business days. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched.

4. Flavour Restrictions by Province

Please note that certain provinces (such as Ontario, British Columbia, Nova Scotia, etc.) have specific restrictions on E-liquid flavours and nicotine strengths. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that violate the specific regulations of your shipping destination.
